I create custom well-being retreats for those who want to give more of themselves. Retreats allow us to pause from our usual routines and give attention to our truest intentions. How do we aim to act in the world—and why? Where could we break down walls between ourselves and others? How can we express ourselves more creatively, more lovingly?

Maybe your group does some kind of activism work. Or perhaps each of you wants more peace in your homes and communities. However it is you serve others, you know how important it is to revitalize yourselves so you can be present for others.

How do I create custom retreats?

Yoga, meditation, wholesome vegetarian food, creative expression, being in nature—these are some of the essentials I work with as your retreat guide. The aim? To provide you with the best means to re-energize and re-engage.

Well-being requires care and focus. It’s an intimate process. I therefore prefer to customize retreats for small groups (10 max), so that everyone’s needs can be fully attended to. Whether you seek R&R for a day or one week, I’ll see that your retreat serves your group’s dynamics and interests.
