I’m so glad you’ve signed up for my free yoga/mindfulness practices and tips. May they serve you well.
You’ll receive my emails on occasion, typically on Friday evenings CET, so you can enjoy the practices at your leisure over the weekends. My emails will include any captivating resources that correlate with the practices.
If you’re totally new to yoga, don’t sweat it: you’ll be able to handle the yoga just fine :). You might find these starting tips helpful.
The word yoga is often translated from Sanskrit as “unity.” And if there’s anything we desperately need these days, greater togetherness is it. So why not roll out your yoga mat with a friend(s)? Even if you can’t be in the same place at the same time as your friend(s), perhaps these practices can spark conversations around wellbeing and humanity.
It’s nice to know where your yoga instructors are coming from, philosophically and otherwise. Here’s what brings me to yoga.
Feel free to pass these practices on to those who might be interested (they can of course sign up to receive them by email too—just refer them to the sign-up section at the bottom of any page on my website).
Do you have questions about yoga (or wellbeing or mindfulness)? I’m happy to share whatever I can, per my own experiences—just let me know.
OH: You’ll want to include my emails in your Inbox messages, so they don’t end up in your spam or promotional folders.
